Finding Nemo Tokens

Does anyone have a list of where the banners for the Finding Nemo Tokens are?

I'm referring to the collectible tokens found on the FN website.

and then click on Nemo at the bottom of the screen.

There is also a Treasure Planet game and Lilo & Stitch game. You can go to Tokenzone.com and find the links.
