Just a heads up for any DVC'ers going to WDW soon.

This past week they were doing unannounced previews of this show at AK. If you're lucky, you may get to see it before the official previews or official opening.
I saw it on Wednesday, and it's terrific.

Cool, John. How long is it? Actors as opposed to animatronics?

The one I was at was about 46-47 minutes, but they stopped it twice for problems. I would guess a smooth running show would be about 40 minutes.

It's a bit like Lion King (broadway version) where actors have hand held puppet fish. It's hard to know whether to watch the actors or the puppets, as the actors are really, really acting (and are quite good). And the puppets also have very expressive eye and mouth movements. It's really quite imaginative.
Dialogue and singing are live voices, music is pre-recorded.
The theater is the same as Tarzan, only enclosed. I think some seats may have been removed with the addition of the walls. Same wooden seats and and stage extension into the audience. The stage extension and mid-level concourse are used in several sequences.
