Finding a buyer on your own

If you find a buyer for a contract that you are saying on your own. Say a friend or coworker. How can you make the deal. Can Disney close it for you or do you have to hire some kind of escrow agent?

My understanding is that you can try to do it by yourself. You contact Disney and they send you the paperwork for ROFR. Then, when it passes, it is a matter of getting things filed.

I have also read that the TSS will handle things for you for a flat fee, if you bring your own buyer. I believe I read around $500 or so.
