...Going back!!!
And wow,it's been awhile since I've been on these boards.
Looked to see the last time I posted and I was posting about my -- now 10 year old -- not talking at his 2 yr appointment or something. Time flies.
This is our second time trying to plan for a trip with kids, but I feel pretty confident it's going to happen this time. We've been waiting for the finances and for our kids to be able to handle it. I'm still nervous with all the stuff I've read about the difficulties people have had with the guest assistance passes but got reservations for PORS for Dec 6-12. Going to be the surprise of their lives.
I have kind of a dumb question. We never used fastpass when we were there before. We just went where the wind blew us and had a great time. But that was just my husband and I. I have two kids with some special needs/mental health issues and I don't for a second see us "scheduling" rides ahead of time. It will be a monumental task just to keep everyone together. The second they see rides, characters or someone gets scared or overstimulated we have to go back to our hotel and chill.
Do we HAVE to use the fastpass plus thing? Are there still normal old fashioned lines? Amazingly, they can stand in line if they want something, but they are not going to be able to be pulled away from one thing to somewhere else due to a predetermined intangible time slot.
