My Magical Countdown Clock says we only have 99 more days to go. I've been watching that thing since it said 200 days!

I'm driving my family crazy with my DL obsession.

Everytime I see a different shot of BWPPI, I drag them over to see it. If I read a new strategy here on DIS, I just gotta share it with them, but I can tell by the look on their faces that they just don't get the same buzz I do from all the planning.

What can I say? I'm hooked on the Pixie Dust...big time!

Isn't planning the DL trip almost as much fun as being there???? Our trip isn't until November but I've been planning it since April when we booked our hotel.

Now that we're almost at the 3 month mark I've been going crazy. I've been on the dl pages every day several times a day and telling my dh EVERY little thing I find interesting, he finally got mad and said quit being so excited because by the time it comes you'll have used up all your excitement. And when that didn't stop me he said in four months our trip will be over Isn't he mean? but it still hasn't put a rain cloud over me, I'm still so excited and I don't know how he can hold his in until the day before we go, he's nuts.

we're going nov 12-21, we figured the longer the trip the more likely we'll get days with low crowds

Funny you should say that!!!

I've been getting those looks from my hubby too!!!
He just figures I'm completely obsessed! I tell him things we need to do/learn..and he just looks at me like I'm NUTS!
He thinks all this planning is unnecessary...that we can waltz in and just meander to whatever we want..and still get to see everything.
My position is that the more I learn..the more we will be ABLE to see in 3 days by making the very best use of our time...hence...MORE FUN!!

That said, I AM completely obsessed...however, he's travelled a LOT, and this will be my first big trip in my adult life! I've never been on a cruise ship (he has), I've been on a plane only once, and it was about 1/2 an hour (he's been on MANY) and I haven't been to DL since I was 11 years old! So I'd say I've got every right to be excited AND completely obsessed...

I know exactly how you feel! I am doing the same thing: calling husband multiple times a day to share more Disney news. My mom is going to meet us there, so I've been discussing it w/ her too. I noticed the last couple times I talked to her she hasn't wanted to talk about it much though. She hasn't been there since 1970, so she doesn't remember a lot of it.

My 5-year old is excited like me. He's been watching YouTube videos of Disney rides. He's been helping me get envelopes ready to mail out entries for the sweepstakes too. He is a little Disney nut in the making, lol!

I totally thought all this early planning and stuff was so silly, but that is because DL is my home park, now with me planning my WDW trip I totally get it all!!!!!

Yeah for double digits!!! Now on to the singles!!!!
