Finally visited every attraction..the best?

I haven't done most of the meet and greets and a few of the spinners and I never will. I've checked out everything else though.

My top 5:
1. Haunted Mansion - still the best in WDW no matter how many newer attractions they build.
2. Big Thunder Mountain - this one reminds me of the smaller coasters that I was brave enough to ride when I was a child. I love that feeling.
3. MK Train - I'm a sucker for a train and always have been. I think that Walt and I would have had fun talking about them.
4. Kilimanjaro Safari - I love animals and I love a narration about them. Perfect.
5. Star Tours - Yes, I'm a Star Wars nerd. It's a disgrace to think about how many times I've seen the original movies.

Honorable mention to the people mover, Peter Pan and the Maharajah Jungle Trek. Any of these might end up in my top five on another day.

That people mover is charming.

Oh great I just changed one of our FP's to Space now I'm rethinking it because I don't want our necks or backs hurt :( I rode it a long time ago and I do remember it being jerky but we didnt get hurt lol.

Honestly, I don't hear others complain. It may just be me. Everyone looks pretty happy getting off Space Mountain.

My favorites are....
TOT (love the whole atmosphere for the build up to the ride)
Splash (this ride is over 10 minutes long)!
Soarin (amazing scenery & smells)
Haunted Mansion (spooky giggly fun and ice cold air conditioning during summer)
Kilimanjaro Safaris (animal lover)

Sorry I keep bringing up DLR, I just got back from California. Soarin over California fits in so well in the California Adventure Park. I hope WDW gets a new movie soon.

I enjoyed reading your thoughtful analysis.

I sure don't have any interest in starting a debate. But I had a difficult time finding the story in 7DMT.
I used a FP so I missed any of the clues in the queue.

Load up in a mine car.
Take off on a short ride (I don't know why)
Go through the Dig Dig Dig slow mining scene
End up at the Cottage with everyone dancing and the Queen outside with the apple ready to knock on the door.

It just doesn't make sense to end there. I think the dwarves might have just beat her up right then. There wasn't any drama or climax. The climax was right about when the car slows down to go through the mine.

I really love those rides with the story. I'm not sure, but if you cut out the slow mine scene, the ride might not be much longer than the barnstormer.

It is kind of like Little Mermaid - Ursula is made irrelevant in ride and the big boat climax scene is missing.

While I can't put 7DMT on my top five, I love it. I read the negative reactions, too and expected it to be mediocre but it's worth riding twice each trip. One daytime, one nighttime. It may be short but what is in there was done magnificently.

My top 5 in no particular order:

COP
People mover
Figment
Philharmagic (I'm not sure if this counts as a ride since it is technically a show)
Peter Pan
Haunted Mansion (I realize this is 6 but since Idk if philharmonic counts I chose to do 6)

I really like the rides that everyone can ride and the classic rides. I love all the roller coasters and Splash Mountain but I have skipped those rides previously and had an amazing vacation, in fact I'm planning a vacation now knowing that, because of who I'm going with, I won't be able to ride any of the coasters or splash.

I've only tried it once. Maybe I will get more out of it in October.

No rules! That attraction is wonderful. I purposely went to every ride and show!

I even visited the queues on purpose. The only standby lines I have never waited in are The Mine Train and Soarin.

That new Peter Pan queue is a little claustrophobic, but clever.
The Haunted Mansion and Test Track are too chaotic.
I hate to say it, but I think I think I might have outgrown Winnie the Pooh queue.
TSMM is the most fun.
Pirates, Little Mermaid, and tower of terror are spacious.
Rockin Roller Coaster is hot
I enjoy watching the film clips in the great movie ride
I always liked space mountain and star tours.
Kali and Everest are almost more fun to me than the rides.
Expedition Everest queue and surrounding areas is truly a work of art.

I went ahead and changed it to Splash anyway. I do remember it was jerky and you couldn't tell when it was going to turn this way or that.

I agree, I hope they get a new movie soon. I keep reading rumors of it coming.....

1. Splash Mountain - they nailed the story and the thrills
2. Haunted Mansion - The Classic Dark Ride (I still remember the horror of it all as a 5 year old! in 1973)
3. Tower of Terror - Great detail. Excellent Story. Unpredictable Ride Experience.
4. Peter Pan - I just can't get enough of that suspended ride vehicle. I wish they would do more like that.
5. Toy Story Midway Mania - That game is addicting. (Everest misses the cut because, I miss the moving Yeti).
Bonus. My favorite show is It's Tough to be a Bug. I love that tree and the art work. I love the jokes and bugs leaving the theater, and the way the kids scream when Hopper starts yelling.

1. Splash Mountain - a long ride and a Thrill.
2. Haunted Mansion over Pirates. Mansion is more than just a boat ride through the dioramas.
3. Bugs Life. 3D movies are excellent, theming inside Tree of Life is amazing.
4. Toy Story. Beautiful queue. Game is very fun, so it's not just a ride.
5. Everest & Big Thunder - Everest is better ride, Thunder is better themed.

Honorable mention - Soarin'. I hate heights. Soarin' helps me with my phobia. Can't wait for AvatarLand version.

My favorites are in no particular order:

Everest
Space Mt
RNR
Mine Train
Grand Fiesta Tour or the Land, cannot decide

My favorites, in no particular order, are:

Kilimanjaro Safari
Expedition Everest
Tower of Terror
Toy Story Midway Mania
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor

Honorable mentions: RnRC and BTMR

While I agree that 7DMT is shorter than I'd like, I love it still! I rode it 3 times across two trips last year and it's really well done. I think a lot of people are disappointed because they expected a thrill ride instead of the fun, family-type ride that it is.

Not me, I was expecting a dark ride with roller coaster elements. Kind of like Splash mountain with a small coaster. And a good story.

But I'm glad people like it. I am curious to see if it has the staying power of a major attraction like Splash or Peter Pan Or if it will eventually become a minor ride.
