After a lot of research and discussion (plus the expansion at the GF); we’ve decided to purchase a $300 contract at GF2!!!

PS I hope you're splitting your 300 points into two 150-point contracts. Much easier to sell if you ever want or need to. When booking it's pretty much the same as if a single contract - just have to check two boxes if needing more than 150 points for a single reservation.
