Finally, my before and after pictures!

This is the FIRST time I've looked at them side by side- it's pretty amazing! And it's all because of my disfriends!!! I still have 8 lbs to go, but it's a pretty big difference between the first picture, and the 2nd picture. I just wanted to share!
