Finally Moved!

Hi Everyone! We finally made it to Vegas! Our apartment is beautiful. I can't remember seeing anything like it on Long Island. The rooms are really huge. My DDs bedrooms are even bigger than our house in NY. Now all we are waiting for is for our furniture to arrive. Hopefully it is here by Saturday. Then we can really settle in. Later today we are going to visit our new home site and show my DM the model. Hopefully she will love it as much as we do. The kids start school on Monday, two weeks earlier than in NY. Hoping that they make friends quickly. That will help make the move smoother.

I've missed being on these boards. Moving was really stressful and I had no time for the computer. Now I can relax a little!

Carole, I'm glad you made it to Vegas. It must be nice to have your family reunited!

Have they started on your house yet? When is it supposed to be completed?
