Dreaming of when I finally get to go back to WDW!

Finally Graduated!! Day 2... (May 13-21, 2003)

Linda-50's- Stepmother-along for the ride (arriving May 17, 2 am)
Wake Up at 7, breakfast of fruit and hot chocolate, it was kind of chilly for the first hour or two. Took the bus to Epcot and arrived around 8:30. Spaceship Earth was first, I was so happy to be at WDW that I started tearing up during this. Then Test Track, and Honey I shrunk the Audience, then Journey into your Imagination, and back to Test Track, then ice station cool to watch people drink the Beverly. I walked through World Showcase to the international gateway and took the friendship to MGM. At MGM I went on TOT, RNR, then TOT again. The second TOT made me sort of sick and I was hungry so I went to the commissary to get something to eat. I went on the Muppets, and took pics (ended up taking 15 rolls of film during my trip, got them developed at Marcs though, so it was cheap.) Then it was off to MK, I decided to do the tree today because I couldnt decide which to do first. I took the bus to the Poly (I was right when I said that I didnt think that I would like it) then the monorail to the MK. At MK it was first to the HM and I came out at 2:55 and I was in the perfect spot for the parade so I stayed and watched, then to the Swiss family tree house, the jungle cruise, and Pirates of the Caribbean. I got a Dole Whip and sat and ate it and relaxed and then stared just walking and happened to come upon the castle within minutes of Cinderellas Surprise Celebration. I have not heard that much about it, but I really liked it, I thought it was really cute, it also made me tear up again, this is the end of a really stressful year for me and I really needed this trip. I did some shopping (I did a lot of this during my trip that I might not have mentioned though) Then IASW, Snow White, Barnstormer; I saw Minnies House, and Mickey and Mickeys house. Then back for Peter Pan. After that it was raining really hard so I waited till it slowed a little and went to Alien Encounter. In the middle of one of the dark scenes someone started screaming, You have to stop this, you have to turn this off now, like something really bad had happened, it didnt turn off and a child had just gotten upset, parents should really know better, I really thing some people are just dumb, or dont really care. After that it was 7:15 and the park closed at 7, I wandered out really slowly, window shopping, and waved to Mickey on the railroad platform. I took the monorail to the Contemporary for dinner at Chef Mickeys. At 8:10 I checked in and was seated right away. Some really nice people offered to take pics of the characters and me each time they came around, even without me asking. The dinner was very nice, I took a bus to DD and then back to ASMu. I got a drink and went to my room and watched Soap net and went to bed.
