Finally got my Milesource!!!

Omg, I thought I might pass out when I saw the mail today! LOL Only took 1 year to receive my Milesource reward!!

Anyway, that is my exciting news for the day!!

I am trying to cashout for Blockbuster Video certificates (3 free rentals, 2,500 miles) but it won't let me proceed with the redemption. I really want to cashout of this site and move on. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

Oh boy, Pam! I feel like De Ja Vu reading your post!!

That is exactly what I cashed out for a year ago, but each time I cashed out, it wouldn't let me do it...It went through the whole process of cashing out, but my points never decreased, so I knew something was wrong...I could never get any points after that either! I emailed Milesource 4 times without any response!! I was so mad because all I wanted to do was cash out and be done with Milesource...I called multiple times, but never could talk to a "live" person!

Finally, I emailed them one more time, a scathing email about how crappy their Customer Service was and how I would be sure to never recommend their site to anyone! Well, low and behold, I finally got a reply from someone who told me to tell him what I wanted and he would do the whole process for me! I finally received it after 3 months from that last email! It came Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation! I am happy...

I still do their site, but I need so many points now, I have a long time to go before another cash out!

Beanie, thanks for your reply. I will say, however, that I am not too happy to hear about what has happened to you. I subitted a request today with MS. I wonder how long it will take to hear a reply from them! It really is a shame that these sites do not do more to fulfill their end of the deal. I will keep you posted!

I feel your pain! I cashed out for a GiveAnything gift certificate in March, and just received it last week. What poor turnaround time. Milesource is definately NOT one of my favorite RP's.

It seems to me that it has more to do with GiveAnything.com then with MileSource. I emailed them yesterday about when they thought they would have GC's again (since I now have enough to cash out for one) and today I received an email back from them:

"Thanks for your time and concern. Note that we will contact all of our customers once we receive an update from our Management as to whether we will affiliate with Giftcertificates.com again. We will no longer do business with Giveanything.com"

Hopefully things will start to turn back around for the better with them. Years ago when I started, they certainly sent rewards out in a much more timely manner. Hope everyone who has been waiting for their reward gets them soon.
