Oh boy, Pam! I feel like De Ja Vu reading your post!!
That is exactly what I cashed out for a year ago, but each time I cashed out, it wouldn't let me do it...It went through the whole process of cashing out, but my points never decreased, so I knew something was wrong...I could never get any points after that either! I emailed Milesource 4 times without any response!! I was so mad because all I wanted to do was cash out and be done with Milesource...I called multiple times, but never could talk to a "live" person!
Finally, I emailed them one more time, a scathing email about how crappy their Customer Service was and how I would be sure to never recommend their site to anyone! Well, low and behold, I finally got a reply from someone who told me to tell him what I wanted and he would do the whole process for me! I finally received it after 3 months from that last email! It came Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation! I am happy...
I still do their site, but I need so many points now, I have a long time to go before another cash out!
