FINALLY got a Sci-Fi Res!

I tried and tried to get a Sci-Fi ressie back in March (when we were 90 days out from our trip). there was NOTHING available at all.

We're now 30 days out from our trip and I decided to try calling one last time.

I FINALLY got exactly what we originally wanted! We have a 1:30 lunch reservation for 7 people on the exact day I originally wanted.



Now we are all set to go - come on June 12th!

Cool I originally had to settle for a 2:25 lunch there which I wasn't too happy about, but decided to call yesterday and changed it to 11:30!!! I was super excited. I guess it is worth it to keep trying as people will cancel or change ADRs around.

That's awesome, I just called right now and got a reservation for lunch there tomorrow.

Glad you got your reservations. The first time I called nothing was available, the second time I was able to get my reservations too. I didn't realize Sci-Fi was so in demand.

This is our first trip, and I've heard that the food was only so-so, but I really think my boys will get a kick out of the cars and the movies they show. I just thought it would be a cool experience for them. I never had any idea I'd spend a week trying to get a reservation at all!

But I am glad I called today and ended up with a late lunch. It will be perfect for us and I am sure we'll enjoy a nice lunch as a break to the June heat!
