Finally, got a preferred room POR with our code

We are going to WDW from 10/30-11/7 and had a 35% code for POR. I could not get a preferred room everytime I tried, only had a standard booked. Last night when I called, the CM said the preferred was available. I am so happy, looking forward to being close to everything. For the 8 nights, the increase was under $200, so totally worth it, IMO. Good luck everyone, Linda

How did you get a code for those dates?

I called and had a code attached to our name. It is from august (?) to Dec. 22nd with no black out dates. After I made our ressies, I got a postcard in the mail for other dates. We are a family that gets code very frequently, sometimes I think they give us codes fequently because my husband worked at ground zero and after that they offered all the workers free admission and discount for family members and we went. After that we got codes very frequent. Maybe it doesnt have anything to do with it but who knows. Linda
