Finally Bought the stroller!

I finally did it after months of being on the fence. I bought a Maclaren Techno classic in navy blue for my DS who is 3. I got this one because of the big wheels which are better on gravel roads and it reclines so he can nap.

It is weighted at 55 lbs and he is only 30 so we hopefully will have a few years use out of it.

The Silver cross was rated the best by consumer reports but it did not recline and when I check e opinions the people hated them after a few months.

I hope I did the right thing but I have paid the $200 and am waiting for our stroller. I hope it gets here before we leave in 18 days!

You will love your Maclaren stroller. I debated over 3 strollers for months and I went for the Maclaren Triumph. It is the best stroller I have ever owned. I bought the bag to put it in for when it is stored down below the airplane, just helps it keep it clean. When I first purchased it it was a little stiff to fold up but after a couple of weeks the fabric loosens up and you can use one hand to collapse it.

Thanks, the state was suppose to pay for it but it would take over a year so I just took the hit and feel good about. I can't wait for it to arrive and see why it is suppose to be so good. I think the large wheels alone will be a help.

I've had the Techno Classic (in navy, too) for two years now for DGrD (3) - we both LOVE it - wish I'd had one when my kids were little, but I could never have afforded it back then !!
