After days of back and forth for my trip to WDW from Jan 7th and Jan 12th 2008 between Contemporary Atrium Club and Poly LVC, I finally settled on the Contemporary.
I was initally worried about the construction, but since I won't probably be using the Food and Fun Center while I am there and I hope to get a MK view (fingers crossed) I am not too worried about it anymore. I was shocked into making a decision when I called yesterday to just see if new rates came out and I was told that the Contemporary was booked for my dates already so I held what I could and I called back today to book room only and the last night had become available so I snatched it up.
I am truly excited. I realized that I always liked the views, the rooms and the general set-up of the Contemporary a lot better than the Poly and the only thing preventing me from making my decision was the construction. When it came down to making a decision I would rather keep the $500 staying at the Contemporary would save me (although it is still far from cheap!
). I definitely feel like I made the right decision.
