I have to start buying souveniers again! Last trip I had noticed Yankee Trader had a sudden influx of HM merch at the front of the store. Looks like the Happy Haunts are taking over.

If they are indeed adding an on-ride photo, does anyone know, are they going to redirect the exit right through this shop or will it just stand alone off to the side. Where will you get your photos?

So sad it won't be open when we go this September. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that the new D&B Bags will be released while I am there. Last year, it came out September 13--we arrive September 14 this year!!

Our favorite attraction on property & the new merch looks cool. I have a funny feeling HM is the favorite of a lot of WDW guests, yet the merch has historically been pretty skimpy. Looking forward to adding a few more goodies to my "mansion."

I should work for Disney, me and my DD have had this very same discussion for a few years now. I love the Yankee Trader shop, but it does sell things that can be found at several other places in MK alone, not to mention a lot of places out of the park. I always had to go to the little cart and the selection is limited of course. Also the on ride photo is great. I know I'm not suppose to but I always get my camera out and try to get a pic of the ghost on our buggy, of course, I've never had an luck, but I keep hoping. I'm taking a solo trip in Nov and I just assumed that I would probably not get an photos taken or buy any, other than the tradional every trip photo with Mickey, but I will definitely have to get one on the HM.
