Final Word on DDE??

Can anyone clarify what the final word is on DDE? Can a non-Fl resident, non AP pass holder get the DDE card for $75? I have read so many conflicting posts.

I just got a great room only rate, so I won't be doing the MYW package. I'd love to take advantage of DDE if it is available.

The latest word is your must be either a Florida Resident or an AP Holder. You could always buy one AP to get the card and the rest of your party could get whatever they want.
