Final Tally: November Exercise Challenge

The end of the month is almost here. So hard to believe! I'm going to be pushing this week to reach my goal. We can do this!!!!

I got in 180 minutes over Thanksgiving.
 
I added on another 150 during the weekend as well. I was stopped due to hurting my right calf and now I think I'm back in the wagon. So right now I'm at 500/840. Don't know if I'll make it but I'll let you know Wednesday if I do.
 
Well, I'm done for the month. I have to take the last 3 days of the month off for medical reasons. I finished with 1345/1100. Keep up the good work everyone!!

I'm at 500/600 this week, which would be good except that I only have 85 minutes worth of workouts planned until the end of the month. I went on a walk a few weeks ago that I didn't count. I'll check my journal to see if I wrote it down.
 
i'm back :sad: cruising was much more fun!

ok - i honestly don't remember if i exercised the day I left -- i'm thinking i didn't -- we didn't leave until that evening but i was stressing

here's my catch-up

11/18 - 15 mins -- 1 mile walk at BW with karebear1
11/20 - 60 mins -- walking and yoga on the beach
11/21 - 30 mins - water aerobics on the Magic
11/22 - 50 mins - treadmill at Vista Spa
11/28 - 30 mins -- poweryoga with Denise Austin back home - bleh!

bringing me to 800/1200
 
I got in 2 hours of exercise over Thanksgiving at Hilton Head -- walked 3.8 miles one day and worked out at the gym another day. Brings me to 820/1000.
 
I am at 720/1000 as of this morning. I don't know if I am going to make it but it will be close.
 
Added 60 min. to my total tonight at the gym for a total 620/700 :flower:

Back from a great 7 day Magic"ical" cruise - ate way too much (but then that is what cruises are for, aren't they? Our server (Dobie) expected us (well mostly Molli :teeth: ) to order more than one dessert, but hey a mother can't let her DD get one up on her in that area can she.........so I just followed suit and boy did we have a great dessert tasting event at our table each evening!

before I left I have written down I did the following ~
11/15 30 min
11/16 50
11/17 50

and on the cruise ship
Vista spa 45 min
deck 4 - walking 30 min stretch for 10
yoga on the beach at CC (aaahh to be there again!) 60

today back home and facing reality :sad1:
45 min tming
10 minutes stretching
10 minutes evening stretching

Total 825/1200
Actually - that is more than I thought I had so far this month. Back onto counting WW points too and hoping to get off the extra I "picked up" at sea ;)
 
On the advice of my new personal trainer, I bumped up the exercise this week. I put in 455 minutes! That puts me at 1070/900. Not that it helped with the weight loss, but I'll keep going!

Wow everybody is doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are in the final two days of November. I am going to the gym tonight and will be pushing to complete my goal. Everyone has come so far and I am so excited for everybody.

Today's tally of time shows that as a group we have worked out 20,925 minutes translated into hours that's 348 hours. How amazing is that?????

As the month is coming to an end is there a desire for a December Challenge? Donac has the Christmas challenge going but December goes for a week after Christmas. I'd be glad to run it (unless somebody else wants to) if there is interest.

Well, I had good intentions this month! I gave myself a small goal, since I was recovering from surgery and didn't want to push it. Did great for the first ten days or so of the month, then got hit with a cold/sinus infection that has been moving around from DD to me to DH to DS to other DD, we're a sick house right now!!

Did someone say December Challenge?? That's my goal now, forget November, move on to December. :sunny:
 
I am at 770/1000 and expect to break 800 as of tomorrow which is not bad. I had a tooth removed at the beginning of the month and for the last week I have had a bladder infection which seems to be going away (not fast enough for me). On to December. I up for it. Bring it on.

I agree with Janya22. I haven't lost any weight but where would we be if we didn;t work out. Think about that.
