Final Payment ....help!!!!

Hi All, have paid most of our holiday in installments and the balance was due today.....last time i phoned they said they would take it automatically from the card i had registered with them....but have just returned from work, they're phone lines are now closed and no payment has come off my account!!!!!! What should I do? Or is this normal? Normally i would have phoned and made the payment but the woman said last time i phoned i didn't need to they would just take it.......HELP!!!!????? What if i have lost the holiday????? OMG! Wish it hadn't been due on a Sunday when everything shuts so early

I shouldn't worry it, they will take it automatically, and it's normal for the payment to go out quite late

Some people have waited about a week after final payment was due for the money o be taken so I wouldn't worry yet
