Hi. Fantasy. April 29, 2023. Gold. Non-concerige. Regular booking.
According to my DU page final due Dec 28. My DCL res page says excursions Jan 29. Email says Jan 14. So that’s 120/105/90. We don’t care about excursions or dinners.
Final payment for a 7-night cruise is 120 days prior to sail date. For the April 29th cruise, that would be 12/30/2022. Some TAs set an earlier deadline to give a buffer to make sure payment goes through on time. Or since that is year-end, it's possible they pushed a couple of days earlier due to holidays. So yes, I think Dec. 28th sounds about right (a couple of days earlier than DCL's drop-dead date). If you need those extra couple of days, I suggest contacting your TA to discuss options.
Excursion/onboard activities booking for Gold is 105 days prior, so that will be 1/14/2023. Are you already Gold? Because 1/29/2023 would be the Silver date.
You might be able to find navigators from previous similar cruises, but navigators for your cruise won’t be available until the day of sailing. The excursions for your specific cruise will be available for you to see when your availability to book opens. You can take a look at all of the possibilities there might be for your cruise on Disney’s homepage under port adventures. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/port-adventures/overview/
