Final Documents when Buying Resale

I closed on two contacts with different brokers/title attorneys in August. One closed 8/13 and the other 8/28. I just received a packet from the 8/28 closing which includes what they called the original deed (looks like a photocopy to me) and title insurance. I have not received anything like this from the 8/13 closing. Does this seem like a long time or should I just wait patiently?

Also, will DVC send any formal documentation for the new contracts (besides just making the points available within the system)? My pre-existing points were bought direct years ago and all my documentation came from DVC. Thanks!

That does seam like a long wait. Check your MDE account, log in and see if one or both have be posted. When I did a resale I did not get anything form Disney.

Both contracts (points) showed up in my DVC account weeks ago. So I've been waiting to receive the deeds from someone.

You can get a copy from http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/ put in your name in GRANTEE
put Disney in GRANTOR. you should get a list of all your contracts that are for DVC properties at WDW. This will not show VB, HHI, VGC or Aulani. You can down load a copy of the deeds.
