How can I get a copy of our final DCL bill?

We sailed on the Fantasy Dec 3 - 10, 2016.

Usually it's delivered to your fish on the last night on board. If you didn't get it, Maggi's Mom is right, you should be able to call them.

I sent an email to customer service via the website for this exact thing. It took them about a week but they got it to me. That was also over New Years and for a sailing that was 7 months ago so I wasn't surprised it took that long.

I had to call them to get a copy we never got one on the ship and I needed it to get reimbursed for some business expenses. I called and they emailed it to me within 20 minutes.
