figuring out the reservation system

Lets say for example the Fort Wilderness you can book 500 days in advance. Lets say you want to go Nov 21 to Nov 30 as your vacation time. Do I count 500 days back from Nov 21 and book the reservation or go from Nov 30 and book? Thanks everyone.

I'm pretty sure it would be from the first date( Nov. 21) If I'm wrong, please feel free to correct me.

It is actually 499 days prior to your check out day if you want to book the whole trip at once (a package), I just recently tried this. I called at 499 days prior to my first day, and would then have to call back every day or two to add a night, that was not fun. A few days after this started, the 2008 packages were released, so I ended up booking a package for my original dates, then changing it to something else, and before we actaully go, I will probably end up changing it again.
