Figment Figurines Sold Out

For several weeks now the Disney Gallery site has said that the Figment Event on September 3 is sold out and they are taking names for the waiting list. A couple of days ago I was at Art of Disney in Epcot and did not see the prototype of the WDCC figurine which had been on display. I was told by one of the more experienced CMs they were told to remove it as the entire edition of 500 was presold. I guess everyone going to the Figment Event has taken the option to purchse a second figurine.

just talked to event services ... so far none of the attendees has cancelled a reservation, the waitlist is closed and has 22 people on it right now .. i am #14 with no hope to go .. so if you want to give up your ticket please call me first or send a mail or pm .. i really would love to go but had to wait to find cheap flights from germany .. and now i am toooooooooo late ..
