I like watching Fifa...its the only time besides the Olympics when I watch soccer. But I would like to say Field Hockey is the girl version of Ice Hockey not rugby...lol. And Basketball is turning into the worlds sport, just give it 10 more years.

USA got screwed in there bracket, Italy 2004 World Cup champs have a great team this year, Brazil always a powerhouse in soccer maybe the best this year(between them and Spain) Egypt the up and coming team that win the African Cup they are a very tough team that can beat anyone.

Wow, I never expected USA to make it to semis, or for Italy to fall so hard!

I'm really torn this week, being 1/2 Spanish and 1/2 American. I'm going for Spain though, I'm a traitor.

No actually, it's not gone. Spain will forever be up there as tied. And you have to remember, the USA got up there on pure chance. Spain is my team, but they make absolutely STUPID mistakes. Today and the game against Iraq just prove it. Nonetheless, Spain will still be higher than the US on the world rankings.

For this competition, okay. It was only 8 teams. For the World Cup, they'll probably never make it past the group stages. I hate to say it, but the US stinks when it comes to soccer. Are they good at running the ball? Yes. But they still haven't learnt to break down the strongest defenses.
