Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find Fiestaware in the Kissimmee area?

There's very few places in Canada to buy it so whenever I make it to the states I stock up :)

Thanks!!

I don't know the answer but giving a friendly bump in hope that someone does :)

Hi,
I bought many many Fiestaware pieces on Ebay when I was remodeling my kitchen. I THINK one of the shops was in the Orlando area but I really don't know where or even what the name of it is. So, that's not very helpful.

I have seen Fiestaware in JCPenney catalogs if you are interested in some new pieces. You could try Ebay for new and vintage pieces. I never had a problem with any purchases on there.
My new kitchen looks great. Shaker style cherry wood cabinets, tan and maroonish granite countertops, some open shelves with Fiestaware on them, and lots of stainless steel everywhere. The Fiestaware colors really make the whole look!

Good luck and happy vacation!

I too love Fiestaware. JCPenney catalog is really a good place for new. I have even been down to the Homer Laughlin pottery in New Waterford, Oh and it is no bargan. They really aren't set up to do a big retail business.

For vintage ware, most antique malls have quite a bit.

Kohl's stores and web site also have it in 4 colors only.

I collect Fiestaware. YOu can try Fiestaware.com, , fiestaware2000.com, jcpenny sells in catalog, kohls sells, younkers, macys, bloomingdales, kaufmans. let me think i got list around here someplace that lists my websites for fiestaware.

Try an ebay user known as stcloudantique. She lives near Kissimmee and can arrange local pickup. You can have all your items chosen and ready to go when you arrive. We have done business with her and she is fantastic.

Also try ordering on Ebay.com from a number of sellers including fencejumper1 and kitten15203 (the latter would be me!) I only sell occasionally when I get really good deals on something.

Just remember with anybody you buy off of from ebay or other auction sites, check feedback from other buyers and also be wary of inflated shipping costs. Some power sellers are even able to offer free shipping because of the volume of ware that they move.

I know there are some fleamarkets in the area of Kissimmee where sellers set up. I live 20 minutes from the Homer Laughlin factory where they make Fiestaware and I have met many of the vendors from all over the country throughout the years.

One last tip! Homer Laughlin has a semi annual sale at the factory outlet. The next one should be around May or June. Check their website for details and dates. It is one heck of a way to get good deals and it is the experience of a lifetime, but if you are traveling from far away you better make sure that you are buying enough to make the trip worth it. :hippie:

Oh, I almost forgot! there are ways to have fiesta or any American goods shipped to border towns (AS GIFTS) and not pay duties or tarrifs when bringing it across the border into Canada. I am not sure of the legality of this (doubtful, but it may just be a legal loophole), however I have known plenty of people --Canadians and Americans-- who engage in the practice. Ask around; you can find out a lot.

Bealls sells it. I can not tell you where a Bealls is in Orlando ( I live in NW Florida)but I know there are Bealls down there. Sometimes they will put them 40% off, maybe you will lucky and get them on sale.
