contract been signed since 3/10 on my end and haven’t seen verification it’s sent to dvc!! oh well patience is a virtue.

They will send you a email signed by both parties. Apparently it is a 6 day process from the time both parties sign for them. I'm thinking they have a 1 day work week or something.

I made an offer a week ago that was accepted within an hour. I signed the contract on Monday, still haven’t heard anything almost a week later. My listing is still showing as available...maybe seller hasn’t signed yet. Will get in touch with Fidelity tomorrow.
