They are talking about Fidelity resales for timeshares. There has been a lot of activity lately from disboarders buying DVC resales from Fidelity (not investments).
I checked it out yesterday. It's an improvement, however, I don't really think there is a need for the picture catagory. I hope it's updated regularly though like the other resale sites are. I'm still searching for another add-on and will know when it's right.
Does anybody have experience w/Fidelity for purchase of DVC resale? It seems that the pricing on that site is higher than on the Time Share Store. I was wondering if they usually get the price they are asking.

Thanks DVCconvert, I read through the link you provided & there are some very interesting comments. I guess I have to proceed with caution, the saying Buyer Beware definitely applies.

I'm currently working with Fidelity on a purchase at VGC. The units there are more limited so Fidelity happened to have a contract that best suited what I was looking for. I e-mailed some questions to them and they were very responsive, even on the weekend. After a couple days of asking questions (first time buyer) I sent my offer in Sunday night, they called me Monday morning to confirm terms, and on Tuesday they let me know that the seller accepted. It only took them one day to get the contracts to me.
They did make a mistake with the contract because they forgot to put in my financing continget, but it was actually the agent not me who discovered this and had it corrected right away. So far I am pleased with their service.
