FFI or Sheraton Park? which one would you pick?

As far as I know, the Sheraton that looks like a castle actually has it's own shuttle--which is like heaven on earth in my book of disney area hotels! Haven't stayed there, but likely will some day.

you would be correct on that one:goodvibes

I think I'm going with Sheraton Park

i think thats a very good idea...theres nothing better than the sheraton beds after a long day at the parks...Ive slept hard like a baby when Ive stayed there:cloud9:

OK things just changed the price at the FFI is now $100 cheaper then the Sheraton for 4 nites, instead of being more! So now its closer and cheaper but not nicer! What to do?? Husband wants to go for price (surprise surprise) but I'm still on fence

just so you know...there is nothing wrong with FFI at all...in fact, I would not hesitate to stay there...they are also right next to 3 restaurants...to the left of the property is Mimi's (my favorite), in front is Millies, and to the right is McDonalds..across from Sheraton Park is an Ihop...truthfully, I would stay at the Sheraton Anaheim (the castle) over Sheraton Park...its way more luxurious imo..the lobby at SP is really just meh.....on tripadvisor it is ranked 24 out of 106 hotels...check out the reviews on this link as well as the pics of the rooms...all the pics are guest pics not hotels pics...why dont you read reviews and look at pics of both hotels and then see if that helps make up your mind

Sheraton:

the reason I said Sheraton is because it was cheaper and it is really nice but i think its still about $15 per day for parking if you are driving which may end up being as much or more than FFI but FFI doesnt charge for that or a resort fee which SP may ..so with this new info I would say go FFI...thats a $100 cheaper which you will end up being able to spend at the parks....:rotfl:

Don't let my FFI review throw you off too much. It was quite noisy, however it does have the following going for it:

- Rooms were clean
- Houskeeping and hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful
- Flat screeen tv was nice
- Fridge was nice sized and kept things plenty cool
- Cafe on the 3rd floor was handy, ableit pricey
- Had to pay for parking, but never had a problem finding a spot
- Location, location, location...

Bring a white noise maker and some ear plugs and/or request a different room if it's too noisy for you.

Through my husband's work, he gets a significant discount! Thanks for the info but it was still better to go through his employee benefits!

THanks for the tip, we will probably end up here afterall! We are flying and parking is not an issue. Clean rooms is of most importance! We stayed at the Hojo in May so at least it is a little closer!
