Hello all! I am starting to sweat a little about Wilma, as I am flying out of Orlando on Tuesday, so we are driving over a day early to spend the night at Coronado Springs. They will hold our reservations, even if they are filling with evacuees, right? I just don't want to get there to find we have nowhere to stay!

Also, do we wait until check-in to request a certain building, or should I call ahead of time? last time, we stayed at the Ranchos, so I wanted to try one of the other settings this time.
Thanks!

Your reservation should be safe. You should call CRO and have your request noted on your reservation. You can also fax your request to the resort 4 days prior to arrival. Some say faxing isn't necessary if you note it on your reservation, some swear by it. Some say the resorts don't pay attention to the faxes, some say they do. So, it's really up to you, but I would definately call and have it noted. Good luck and stay safe!

Just have your requests added to your reservation. If you call reservations and add them there is no need to fax your requests.
