First I would like to thank this board for the much help and knowledge that you have given me. We were going this summer for 6 days. 3 days away from the park and 3 days in the parks. The original plan was six nights at a offsite hotel. I thought I could try priceline and I ended up getting our last three nights at the Dolphin for the 70 dollars a night. I am very excited about staying onsite (even though it is not a official Disney hotel) and my wife the downer she can be saying it is going to be hard to go to one hotel for 3 nights and then switching over for 3 nights at another hotel. Plus try to switch hotels and do the parks all in one day. As anyone done this and how hard is it? I thought it would be easier to spend 3 or 4 days at the parks and be staying on site. We were going to buy the 5 day park hopper and if we are not satisfied with what we see in 3 days we were going a fourth day and leave on the 4 day to go back and get at least a few hours driving in to head back. I would appreciate any feedbank and thanks:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

we nearly always switch hotels at some point because we like to stay onsite, but can't afford to stay there the entire time.
We are chronically disorganised, and it usually costs us 1/2 day off our trip, but if you are more organised then I don't think it should be a big deal, just pack up the night before, so in the morning you can check out and go to your park, and then at the end of the day head to the new hotel and check in. (this assumes you have a car and can get all your bags in the trunk)

We check into our hotel first thing in the morning and leave our bags with bell services until our room is ready. This way we can head to the parks, or shopping, or whatever, then come back in the afternoon to get into the room and freshen up before dinner.
