Hi guys, just a couple of pictures from our recent trip. looking through the photo's is the only thing keeping me happy as we wont be back until 2010 :sad2:

let me know what you think.

I am ashamed to say that i left the camera on Auto for most of these but i think some were ok. I just didn't seem to have the time to think about what manual settings i would need without risking missing the shot or having someone stand right in front of me :rotfl:

Nothing wrong with auto if you come back with pics like that. and several of the other modes are mostly auto as well, like AP mode. You just make one decision and the camera does the rest.

NIce shots. Sorry to hear you won't be back til '10. Check my ticker, it may be that long for us as well. Since DW wants to redo the entire kitchen! starting in two weeks Hehehehehe

I posted to your other post in the learning curve, but I'll comment here too. I like the photos. I'm not a pro by any means, but I thought they were very nice!
I can totally relate to your sad feelings about not being able to go back until 2010. Thanks to the rising cost of fuel and airfare, I don't even know when I'll get to go back to WDW. I'm trying to plan for next year, but the airfare is killing me.

Nice shots! Nothing wrong with AUTO if thats what your comfortable with at this point.

I can also relate to the next trip time period. We most likely wont be going back till 2010. Either in March for my 40th birthday or a long weekend in October. Unfortunately it wont be for a week (unless we hit the lottery). The only really good thing is that I should have a D300 for that trip.

Well hopefully i will spend my time learning how to take the camera off of auto for my next trip :thumbsup2

thank you all for the nice comments.

I can understand where you are coming from with fuel and airfare prices. I think fuel prices in the UK are higher stil than the US and flight prices can be crazy at some times of the year!

Unfortunately coming from the UK means you have to have a longer time in WDW to make it worth it which only means more money..
