We were all up at 5.30am so excited to be there and going out to Magic Kingdom for the day
We went to Old Port Royale for our breakfast and then got on the 7.30 bus to Magic Kingdom, when we got there Main Street was deserted just odd few people walking around it was lovely but there were no rides open so we just wandered about and sat and had a drink.
We headed to the castle where lots of people were going in for breakfast, we decided to wait at the ropes for the 9am rope drop into Fantasy Land, then lots of people started queuing and waiting Adam was deciding what to go on first, I wanted to see if I could wake up Tinks but a CM announced she was on vacation there were quite a few families talking and pointing thats what they wanted to do aswell I was so disappointed but never mind we were in the most magical place.
At 8.55am (nearly time to get in) a Dream Maker approached us and asked us if we wanted to be her Royal Family of the day , I was jumping up and down of course we would
she let us throught the ropes and asked us to stand to one side with the Fairy Godmother and CMs blew bubbles and counted down for the other guests to be let in, she then explained to us she would escort us around and we could chose which rides to go on and go straight to the front with her (Adam chose Peter Pan) first, we got off she was waiting for us and took us on Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, Philarmagic, Tea cups, on Dumbo we got to choose what colour Adam chose yellow and we got a flying licence
she was with us for about an hour and gave us a certificate and a fastpass for the day. It was so exciting to be chosen we are going to have our certificate framed I will post photos as soon as I can.
When we left Fantasy land we went on Haunted Mansion, then watched Woodys Round Up and headed for Splash Mountain, we were at the front of the Log and got soaked, next was Big Thunder Mountain (Adam wasnt so sure) but he was just tall enough this year and decided to give it a go, he loved it and wanted to go straight bac on, I missed this turn and he went on with Daddy I watched them from the bridge.
We headed over to Rays Cafe for lunch I had a Cheese burger, Fries and a carrot cake, Craig had Chicken Ceaser salad and chocolate cake and Adam had chicken nugets chips and a choc chip cookie, food was very nice.
We went on Buzz Light Year Ride and then Mosters Inc show which was soo funny.
It was near 2pm so we decided to head accross and get our place for the 3pm parade, which was excellent as usual.
After the parade we headed home to get changed for our Dining Reservation at Chef Mickeys.
We had about a 10 minute wait for our table and it was so busy inside, the food was nice and we got to see all of the characters apart for MICKEY the others had been around twice
Adam was getting so tired he actually fell asleep before Mickey got to us so we had his photo taken with him asleep in my arms with Mickey giving him a cuddle.
We headed back accross to MK for our bus and then all went to sleep...
We had an excellent and memorable first day
