Festival of the lion king

Hi i was just wondering whether anybody knows how long the festival of the lion king is going on for at Animal Kingdom?

This is a more or less permanent show at AK.

Yes, it's been playing since they opened the park. It's terrific too, if you like the Lion King. If you aren't a fan of the movie, it will make little sense. I've never seen more enthusiastic performers. The only thing is that some of the script is supposed to seem "off the cuff", but when you see it a couple of times you realize that EVERYTHING is scripted. Small quibbles. See the show!

My DW loves this show and we usually go to see it 3 or 4 times whenever we visit WDW. If the show stopped she would probably refuse to go there!

I saw it in September last year and loved it - can't wait to see it again. Glad it's not going anywhere.

The Lion King is definitely worth the time. They do make minors changes in the script periodically.
