If I want to watch the festival of fantasy parade where should I be for a good view and then go to an ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern for early dinner afterwards. Is 3:45 too early?

I'd say frontierland or Liberty square. FOF starts in frontierland so you shouldn't have a problem making your 3:45 reservation at LTT as long as you watch the parade near there

It starts in Frontierland, so you can watch right near LTT and be at your ADR in no time.

Watch from near Hall of Presidents.

The parade will be completely ended in that area by about 3:25.
