Femine products- name brand or store brand?

I don't like store brand on any feminine hygiene products. On pads, the adhesive doesn't seem to adhere as well on the store brands. As far as tampons, I think each women finds their own brand and sticks with it for life - LOL!

Tampax only. I've tried others (store and name brands) and had major leakage problems. I don't use pads anymore but I remember the store brands not being as good.

No store brands here. I save on other things, but not these. I use Tampax pearl tampons and Always pads and liners.

Try ebay. You can find everything on ebay. I paid 9 cents/tampon vs 30 cents/tampon on ebay.

Just turned 42 last week & already into menopause (last period was Dec. 2007)....so no more tampons/pads for me!!!

(But when I did use them...it was always "Stayfree" or "Always".

At 13, let her have what she wants. It is hard enough being a teenager and dealing with a period. I'd even allow her to try different brands until she finds one she likes. I don't like the shape of store-brand tampons and I really didn't like the Tampax Pearl. I've tried so many brands and types, I've settled on Playtex and Always.
