Okay - it is 8am on Sunday and I had a piece of pie for breakfast!!!! Yes - it was the WW Key lime pie (although I make lemon) recipe - but come on!

As I posted a few days back my dad had some heavy duty surgery. My house was full of family and I was cooking. I made things that I could eat, and skipped things, like a baked potato, etc. - but before I knew it I had eaten three chicken cutlets (one was fine for WW), At night I had a few glasses of wine - then chip and dip! BLA BLA BLA!

So this has been going on for three days. I am stopping NOW!!! I am heading out for a nice 2mile walk before it gets to hot. I have another sister and her family coming today, along with my brother, so I need to feel that I am back on track before they arrive!

I even went out yesterday and bought some yarn to start knitting all my college-bound neices scarves for winter. Keep those hands busy!

There - I'm pumped! Thanks for listening! (Do I really have to weigh in this week?!?!?!)

Wow you sure had a rough week! Hopefully things will be better for you this week:D Don't punish yourself for what happened, just go on which it looks like what you are doing. I to have fallen off the wagon while on my WW program but not for a good reason like yours. Mine was strickly a vacation and the desire to be bad. Since then I have taken the weight back off and am back on track. I did weigh my self during that time but did not get upset with myself since I knew why I gained it and what I had to do to take it back off again.
Here's wishing you a better week,
Kathe

You can do it!

God bless you, best wishes, and encouragement, RaySharpton:)

Harambe You are newly determined and back on track. I'm proud of you. Don't worry about what you may or may not have eaten in the past three days. It is a waste of your life. You can't change it so don't beat yourself up about it.

As far as posting to the check in thread, I'm going to suggest that you go ahead and post. It is motivating for you to do that and it will help other WISHers too. It will help keep you focused and you will be celebrating your future successes all the more.

{{{HUGS}}} I hope your dad is doing much better now. When they did the cardioversion on mother, Thursday, I took print outs of the check in thread and my laptop and sat in the waiting room and worked on that, it kept my mind and hands busy. Why do they have to have donuts in the family waiting room?

Good for you for stopping and getting back on track. We all have times like that, and the stopping and getting back on track is the hardest part.

Thanks to all for the encouragement! I did go out and do the 2mile walk - and although it was harder than in the past (I haven't been walking regularly) it felt great! I have been dying to reply to the "Who exercised yesterday?!?" thread and now I can!

I'm making baked chicken and roasted vegetables for everyone and I will watch those portions! I bought eclairs for dessert because I hate them. LOL!

Katholyn - I will weigh in tomorrow and post. I know myself - and if I skip posting this Monday I will be more apt to do it again!

benn there, done that:( But you have the right attitude and you will certainly get back on track. (When I have a bad week:confused: , I hand in a no weigh card and stay for the meeting. It helps me to have a chance to talk to someone who can encourage me to get back on task.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Peg

Just focus on the future and not the past. Pick youself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again! I hope your dad is doing ok. It is hard when there is such stress in your life. I hope you are able to find something non food related that will help you deal with stressful times. I am a stress eater, and I know it is hard to break that habbit, but I KNOW you can do it! congrats on getting back on track.

GREAT news! Glad you are back on track! Watch out for those rocks, they are all over the place when the wagon lurches and you fall! ;) GOOD FOR YOU for getting out and walking! I love the exercise thread!!! Even if you just do a little bit of exercise, it's better than nothing at all! So forget about that bad week you had and just focus on the moment right now!!!! Sending you pixie dust for a better week filled with lots of yummy, healthy food and LOTS of exercise!!! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
