Do they charge any fees for banking and borrowing? I know there is the annual dues fee, but do they ever charge you for anything else?

Nope, there are no additional fees for any of the basic services.

If you want additional services during a stay, there could be charges, but there are no taxes or fees for making reservations, cancellations, etc.

There could be amnassessment for some catastrophic events, but that has never occurred- even at VB when the hurricane(s) hit the resort.
