fees for renting ?

Can anyone tell me if there are additional fees when you rent points from someone? And if so, what is the usual range? Thanks so much.

Your rental covers the cost of the room and the scheduled housekeeping. Any other incidental costs (phone calls, charging to room, etc.) are paid by you. There are no other taxes if that's what you mean.

If you rent from a DVC member, there shouldn't be any additional fees, unless you decided that you want extra housekeeping services, or extra towels.

If you rent from someone who has a reservation through II (usually people who advertise for a fixed 7 day ressie at OKW), you will have to pay an additional $95 (?) Resort Fee when you check into the resort.
