Does anyone else check out the DIS WDW Resort boards? I do pretty frequently because we like to occasionally try other resorts for a night or two (weekends mostly) and I watch for discounts. I've been watching for AP rates this summer to book a single night in August, and there are still no discount rates starting in May. Lots of folks over there going crazy, calling several times a day to check, having their plans all up in the air. We have reservations all set for our next two trips (save the one night) with no worry about missing discounts, because we have DVC! I feel so smug. Diana

I know what you mean. We are going next Christmas/New Year's when there are no codes and a regular room goes for over $500.00 per night. I have a two bedroom for 10 nights without a worry in the world about it.

I received this code via EMAIL (AFQ). A freind of mine used the code, replacing a code she already had reserved and saved about $150 off what she'd already had over a 10 night period. Booked at POR-waterveiw for $125 a night including tax.

Hurry and book by 4/26/03. Ask about special advance purchase savings on Theme Park tickets when you book! Click here to book online or call (407) 939-7715† and ask for code AFQ.*Savings based on nondiscounted rate for the same room.
**Tax not included. Rate available most nights from 4/27/03 - 7/3/03. Number of rooms available at this rate is limited. Additional per-adult charges apply if more than two adults (18 or older) per room. No group rates or other discounts apply. Rates and other terms subject to change without notice.

Sorry, only for stays through July 3.

Honestly, I think it's silly that all those people are waiting so anxiously for AP rates. There are a ton of codes available for non-AP holders. Instead of calling CRO everyday, I would just book the best rate I could now. AP rates haven't even always been cheaper!!

Even if you don't own DVC, there's no need to get all worked up about AP rates. Just let Dreams Unlimited handle your reservations & if something cheaper comes up, they'll switch it for you. :)
