The show was lots of fun. There is a storyline behind it to tie everything together. There are horse tricks, falconry, jousting, sword fighting, etc.
The food was pretty good too. I ended up giving half of my chicken and spare rib to Erich which he very much appreciated.
We took lots of video and pictures. Here is one clip, didn't want to post them all, would have taken forever.

After the show the knights and the royals mingle in the lobby for photos. We found our knight who was a bit disappointing in person. Not very charismatic.
Overall we had a great time at Medieval Times. Thanks to a 50% off coupon I found through the Dis we were able to eat here for the same price as a meal at a place like Chef Mickey's, $120 for the four of us. The food was excellent and the show was entertaining. Alek and Erich loved it and it lived up to their expectations.
On the way back to the resort we stopped at Target to get a few things for the room such as milk and some fruit.
As we were getting back on property we saw a bunch of fireworks going off from what looked like Hollywood Studios. That didn't make sense, DHS doesn't have fireworks except for on holidays! We were debating it and based on the time I said the only scheduled fireworks would be Wishes. This didn't seem right to me because of where we were on property but given the time that is what it had to be. The others were sure that it was coming from DHS. A rather silly thing to argue about but we argued about it nonetheless. Well, turns out they were right. The next morning on the news they showed footage of the special celebration at DHS for the opening of the new Star Tours. They still don't let me forget how I was wrong and they were right.
