a couple of things.
1- If you ever want to invite me I will be happy with a studio.
2- Give your Sister a choice. You have a studio for them, if they want a 1 Bedroom it will cost them x dollars and let them pay for the single use points. While there is no reason for guilt this would leave the ball in her court.

Do not feel guilty, and don't get them use to a one bedroom it will only cause more problems in the future. You are a great sister and your husband is a saint.

You are very generous to do this for your family year after year. Talk to your sister, and let her know you don't have enough points to put her in a 1 bedroom. If she really wants the upgrade, she can pay you the difference to rent the points.
