Feeling down . . .

I know I have no right to feel this way. I have had such a great 1st month back on the WW program, but today I’m just “blah.” :worried:

I chose not to exercise yesterday, and my appetite was huge. I indulged in 16 more points than normal, but I did have enough “Weekly Flex Points” to do this, so it’s “okay.” I don’t know why I feel so down about it. I guess it’s all because of the day I took off from exercise maybe? :confused3

Anyway, I guess I’m just fishing for some encouragement today.

They key is to not let one "bad" day get you down and off track! You sitll stayed OP! That's great! Remember: If we didn't have bad days, we wouldn't appreciate the good ones so much! You can do this. Having 1 month under your belt is HUGE! Keep up the great work!

Also, I hate to always bring this up, but TOM has SO much to do with attitude and eating habits. I have a couple days right before where I am a bottomless pit. I just try to make healthy choices fro the extra food I need adn know that after a day or 2 I will be back to my old self again.
 
Hi Diane ! Just wondering if your "blah" feelings have left the building? Good for you for getting back on program ... I've been saying I'd do it since the end of January, and it's just not happening yet. I can totally relate. Luckily we're starting to see some spring weather around here so that's certainly helping a bit.

Hope you made it through ok. I appreciate that you have come here to post the problem It makes it so real that we all share in this type of probelm.

PD that you find the strength to work back into the swing of it all.

You can do this!!!!!!!! I've felt like this too! You are not alone. You just have to change up what you're doing. What are you eating/when (like what times)/what kind of exercises are you doing? Answer those and we could help you find out why your body is in such a funk.

And also have two 'a these guys. You can redeem them for 100 calories/3 points/20 exercise minutes. (Congrats on that by the way!) :cool1: :cool1:
 
You can't change the past only the future/now? Just finish the night OP and start OP tomorrow. :)

Thanks guys! :sunny: I'm doing much better now. I did have a "rough" week emotionally, but I did fine with my eating/exercise. I ended the week with a 1.6-lb loss. (Why, OH why, couldn't it have been 1.8 lbs so that I could have gotten a new 15-lb, clippie!?!? :rolleyes1 )

I honestly think it was just hormones. Mine are just wrong! lol My TOM had just ended when I began feeling down. :confused3 Anyway, I think I'm just backward. I feel great before TOM, and during TOM I'm just physically drained. The emotional part doesn't seem to kick in for me until AFTER. Kind of weird, huh? :crazy:

Oh well.....at least I never gave up on the healthy diet and exercise! :cool1: Thank you all for your support! :goodvibes
