Feeling blue......

I got the results of the MRI on my back today and it is not good.

I definitely have a badly herniated disc at the C5-C6 level. I have had a herniated disc before and had it fused at the C6-C7 level. It is protruding 7mm into my spinal cord. The disc above it is minimally herniated and the one above that is herniated 3 mm. The bad disc is so inflamed that disc tissue is going up and down my spinal cord.

I see a neurosurgeon next Tuesday, the day before I leave for WDW......

Linda, I am so sorry for the bad news. I hope that you can still have a good trip at WDW and forget about your problems for that time....ESCAPE!!!! Good thing is that the surgery for this problem is successful and soon you will be on to great healing!

Focus on your packing and going on your trip; I know that is hard, but it will be the best medicine! God bless you!
