Feeling a little proud... I hit a goal... OT

As those of you who have met me know I am (or was) a little on the big side. I was well on my way to 280lbs. Well after seeing this picture from WDW this past Thanksgiving I decided to foucus on some weight loss. And today I steped on the scale and was 4lbs below my goal of 220. Yup I had hit 216lbs. Well now I am heading to under 200. I have gone from a 44 to a 36 waist and feel fantastic. This is one of the reasons you have not seen me around much as I have been trying to limit my sitting in front of the CP as little as I can....

Thank you everyone... I did it by just watching what I ate and with a lot of self control...

Carpet... Wife... Shoes... Dirt... So I had to go down stairs to put on my shoes. or my wife will yell at me for getting dirt on the carpet. And all my socks were in the laundry room (downstairs)

You not only look great, a man who cares about the carpet too!

I redid my den over this past winter. What was I thinking when I purchased the carpet. I purchased a carved cream area carpet. No shoes allowed, yea right.

I cringe every time I see those big, heavy work shoes laden with mud and grease walk across the rug. Oh well it's a catdog relationship going on 38 years, but I wish he would take off his shoes when he walks on the rug.
