Feel good Fall thread

I was out and about today and noticed how many of the trees are changing colors already!

I can't believe summer is over. Kids are back in school, leaves are changing color, the air is getting cooler, etc.

I am not complaining though.
I LOVE Fall. It's my favorite season. I love just about everything associated with it and was wondering how many others love Fall too? And if you do, what's your favorite thing about it?

I love everything about Fall! I love the cool, brisk, fresh air. I also love the Fall scents, back to school, football, wearing sweatshirts and knowing that the holidays will be here soon!

OMG, the scents of Fall!!! Yum. Pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon....

BTW, if any of you have a Sam's Club near you I was there today and noticed that the one here just put out the Cheesecake Factory's Pumpkin cheesecake. I love that. And that's one way I know Fall is on it's way.

I LOVE Fall! And winter. I am SO happy summer is almost over. the weather people on tv say 'oh we finally had some nice days' cuz it was in the 80s...thats not nice to me! Its too hot. I can't wait for jeans and sweatshirts weather, and all the little bugs going away for the winter, and cool, shorter days. Love it!

My absolute favorite weather is what I call "football weather". Cool enough for a jacket, but not cold enough for my feet to get cold in sneakers. That is when I am in heaven.

I was just thinking about how the weather has been so nice lately--nice and warm but much cooler than the stifling summer heat. I really enjoy fall, especiall late fall when all the Christmas stuff comes out in the stores (I'm a huge Christmas nut!). I also love the smell of burning leaves--that smell tells me fall is here!

It's my favorite season! I love the colors and the coziness it all inspires. Typically, we have very warm days in Sept/Oct but right now it has been overcast all day and I am in a turtleneck. I just love it! I think I might start decorating for Halloween this weekend!

I usually hate fall because it's the prelude to winter which I hate even more - however - DH is taking me on a New England Cruise so I'm all for Fall right now - until we come back

I do love the fall..but inot right away.
I love love LOVE summer, and every year I am never quite ready to give it up. LOL
Once I let go and quit pouting that it's not 85 degrees every day, then I dive right into fall.
I, too, love the scents, I love the comfort food I cook, I love the leaves..and I love my birthday and DD's birthday.
