Feedback on outstanding CM's

Hi,

Not sure where to post this (apologies mods) but I really want to contact Disney and complement a few outstanding CM's from our recent trip.

Is there an email address or similar? Can't immediately see anything on the website other than the "contact us" form...

I did this last year and used the contact us link on the disney website. They acknowledged receipt of the email and later replied to confirm that the compliments had been passed to the relevant CM's/departments

I did stop at City Hall and fill out a card for one CM in particular as he pretty much saved us from what could have ended up as a disasterous trip

But there were several others who I wanted to thank very specifically and did so via the link on the website.

It's lovely that you want to give positive feedback We live in a society where everyone is so quick to complain, it's good to be able to acknowledge the positives as well

That's my thoughts exactly - I'm not afraid to give (constructive) criticism when I feel it's needed so I'm keen to balance this out with postive feedback where I feel it is deserved. Plus, who doesn't love a pat on the back every now and then?

We called in City Hall twice last month to give CM recognition.
They really appreciated taking time out of our vacation to do it and assured us the CM & his manager would get acknowledgement.
They want to know name of CM, place of event, date it happened and what they did.
On the 2nd visit the CM gave us a business card with info to do it after returning home if we ever needed to do it again.
