Feedback on DD's 11th birthday plan so far?

DD1 will turn 11 during our trip this year. So far our plan looks like this:

Breakfast at Garden Grill
Epcot Day (planning to tour the Land and the seas)
back to the resort to eat/relax/swim
Back to Epcot to tour some more (not sure what yet)
Dinner at Gasparilla Grille as takeout so we can go see the fireworks from the beach. Will probably have cake at this point.

Does that sound OK? Maybe it's lame? Maybe it's too much? Thoughts?

Sounds like a great plan! Are you staying at the GF?? Did you ask which park she'd like to go to for her bday?

What about MK...maybe eat at Ohana, Crystal Palace, or even Chef Mickeys for breakfast? Go to the resort to swim, then stay for wishes fireworks? Your plan is good though. I wouldnt change anything, I think she'll love it. I just thought i'd throw something else your way.

At age 11, she is probably old enough to enjoy most of the shows at EPCOT World Showcase. I would investigate all of those!

No, we're staying at AllStarSports, unfortunately. EPCOT is her favorite park, so we're good there! My kids love the world showcase for some reason. Always have.

If it's her fav park maybe go to via Napoli for lunch? Or wherever she loves then go swim? Or go to dinner wherever she wants

Only reason i asked if you were staying at GF is cause you wanted to try Gasparilla Grill. Sports is a great resort. I have fond memories of that place!

Wow, im impressed that they chose epcot as their fave. Most would pick MK. Honestly I like your plan. The only thing i'd change is maybe eat at a world showcase restaurant OR quick service...then stay for illuminations? The best viewing spot IMO is between Mexico and Canada.
