Feedback needed about a resale

If anyone can give me any feedback they may have about other resale companies I would appreciate it.

I am currently looking at a resale contract through a company that is NOT gmac or the timeshare store.

If you would feel more comfortable private messaging me about it, that would be great too.

If it's with Jacki and/or ****, my BIL/SIL used them and LOVED them. They felt the communication was excellent and everything went smootly. DH and I are in the process of using GMAC and have had no issues.

Suggest you edit this post as well - any attemt to get around the filter is a violation of the posting rules. Don't get cute - just use the name and let the software filter it out. Folks here know who you are talking about and will answer.

Another option if for you to search this site. It's tough to do with the board's software, but if you go to google, type in the company name (use quotes) and then site:www.disboards.com you'll find a few posts.

I used *********** and ******** Crawford. I spoke with three different companies and would have been willing to work with them all. The contract that we purchased (closed today!!!!!) was unbelievable and ******** had it. Everything went like it was supposed to and other than the waiting (which you should know about already) I have no complaints.

We used Jaki and **** for our resale which closed last month. They were excellent!

Very professional and the whole thing went very smoothly. They were a pleasure to deal with so I would highly recommend them!
