Can you get your lightning lanes for the entire trip(10 days) 7 days out from the 1st check in date?
Our tickets are date based and start the day after check in if that matters.

You can book the whole trip but it requires valid ticket media for the days you are booking. If your tickets aren't valid on check-in date you won't be able to book until the next day.

Just to be clear on this one because I have the same question. I have a split stay over 8 days with 7 day date based tickets starting on my check in day. Can I book my entire trip because I have the date based ticket or just the hotel room stays? Last year we had our AP and I had to do it twice based on hotel stay dates.

They were 2 consecutive reservations? You shouldn't have had to book on 2 separate days then. Wondering if there was some kind of glitch?

Sorry for the confusion. I am DVC. So I have 4 days at Riviera and 4 days at Poly with one date based ticket starting day 1 of Riviera stay.

Thank you for this question.

I am an AP holder and DVC. I will be having a split stay in October, OKW then moving over to GFVs.
So, if I make park days for my full stay from OKW and then GFVs, I will be able to do my LLs for my full trip?

Thank you.

No problem booking for your entire visit at both resorts. Guests with an AP will need to make park reservations or they will only see LL availability after 2 PM.

Wow! Thank you! I wasn't aware of that perk.

I was pleasantly surprised when I heard of this perk. AFAIK, when you're doing a split stay, you'll still have 2 different windows to make dining reservations. If they're virtually merging the windows for LLs, it gives me hope that one day they'll merge the windows for dining reservations too.

The rules for LL have always for the Guest's lenght of stay. Technically Disney does not use the term Split Stay.

The Dining reservation system is still legacy based, and until it is updated different reservations will required different 60 day windows.

I would not get your hopes up just yet you are still able to dream big.
